Only delegated calendar access is requested. Outlook events do not reserve chambers or equipment.
Lab Scheduler remains the source of truth. When booking sync is enabled, assigned reservations are copied to Outlook; Outlook-side edits never modify scheduler data. Calendar availability remains excluded from PTO, UPTO, WFH, and scheduler metrics.
